Welcome to Flowability Coaching Ltd. By booking or engaging in coaching or mentoring services, you agree to these terms, designed to create a safe, respectful, and professional experience for everyone.
1. Services Provided

Coaching and mentoring are collaborative, client-led processes to support your personal growth, confidence, and wellbeing.

Coaching focuses on facilitating self-discovery, goal-setting, and accountability.

Mentoring includes sharing experience, offering guidance, and providing ongoing support based on your needs.

Neither coaching nor mentoring is therapy, counselling, or a substitute for medical or mental health treatment.

All services are delivered by Abeir Hussein, a qualified and accredited coach and mentor.
2. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

Sessions must be booked in advance and paid for at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed.

You may reschedule or cancel a session with at least 24 hours’ notice for a full refund or to rearrange. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full.

Packages or programmes must be used within the timeframe specified at booking.
3. Confidentiality & Data Protection

All information shared in coaching or mentoring sessions is confidential, except where there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or where disclosure is required by law.

Your personal data is handled in line with GDPR and our Privacy Policy.

Brief session notes may be kept to support your coaching or mentoring journey; these are stored securely and never shared without your consent.
4. Client Responsibilities

Arrive on time, be open and honest, and participate actively in your coaching or mentoring process.

Outcomes depend on your commitment and effort.

If you are receiving therapy or medical treatment, please inform me so we can ensure coaching or mentoring is appropriate and safe for you.
5. Professional Boundaries & Ethics

Flowability Coaching Ltd. abides by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics, including maintaining professional boundaries, confidentiality, and respect at all times.

If you have any concerns about your experience, please discuss them with me directly.
6. Limitation of Liability

Coaching and mentoring are supportive processes, but results are not guaranteed and depend on your unique circumstances and commitment.

Flowability Coaching Ltd. is not liable for decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from coaching or mentoring, nor for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. The latest version will always be available on the Flowability website.
