  • To deliver coaching and mentoring services, manage bookings, and communicate with you.

  • To keep records in line with professional standards and legal requirements.

  • To send occasional updates about Flowability (you can opt out at any time).

  • I adhere strictly to the ICF Code of Ethics, including maintaining professional boundaries and protecting your privacy at all times.

  • Your data is stored securely using encrypted, password-protected systems.

  • Only I (Abeir Hussein) have access to your coaching and mentoring records.

Data Retention

  • Coaching and mentoring records are retained for up to 7 years, as recommended by coaching best practice and UK law, then securely deleted.

Sharing Your Data

  • I never sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.

  • Your information may be shared only with trusted service providers (e.g., payment processors) as needed to deliver services, or if required by law.
